Are there any rumors as to why Lando won't appear in TFA or if his absence is explained?
Remember these leaked photos? Looks like these guys and presumably
Gwendoline Christie are wearing that jacket or something very similar. Adam Driver (or someone who looks like him) was wearing a X-wing pilot uniform from the same set of photos.
We might not see Phasma unmasked in the film. There's no point in Lego in giving the character a face if there is no face shown in the film.
I expect TFA to have the spirit of the OT, but not mimic it. However, a film doesn't need to have fancy camera work and cinematography to be interesting or hold an audience's attention. I still remain cautiously optimistic.

It was a planet with TWO suns. I know Joel Edgerton was 30 at the the end of ROTS putting him around 50 in ANH. Yes, they aged pretty badly, but there are people who do that it real life too. And technically AOTC was 22 years before ANH. That's an AOTC pic, not ROTS pic.
Look at Robert Shaw. He was in his late 40s when he filmed Jaws but looked at least 10 years older.
I'm not sure how old the characters were supposed to be in AOTC, but I would have put them both in their early 20s. I guess those on Tatooine aren't obsessed with anti-aging as those on Earth.
Have they shown us everyone in costume (aside from some non-humans) expect Hamill? I'm starting to get the feeling Leia and Luke won't have much screen time in this one. I'm hoping at least Luke will have more than a cameo. Seems like Solo and Chewie will get the most screen time out of the OT cast.
I hope the supposed behind the scenes doc gets leaked somehow.
This makes me wonder... how many people/aliens/intelligent life with names are there in a galaxy?

I'm inclined to agree... I'm just wondering how they've kept this from leaking out. Then again, we haven't seen much of Hamill, aside from the teaser.
That promo art seems to show a different Wookiee, too.

Hmm, I was expecting Leia to look more... regal, I guess. It's too reminiscent of Tantive IV rebels for my tastes.
While I don't think Lee's Dooku character was the best, he definitely one of the highlights of the PT. He was definitely a pro.

I was just watching a few scenes from ANH to waste some time when I noticed this thing in the background of Mos Eisley which looks very similar to the engine we saw behind BB-8 in the TFA trailer. I just thought it was kind of funny since the there's so many articles and videos circulation the web right now where everyone insists that it's actually a pod-racer engine. I guess everyone's just paranoid about there being the slightest of references to the PT.
That grouping on the left in the second image looks more like podracing engines. Does podracing only occur on desert planets?

How strange that we would have 2 distinct aliens, one orange, one blue, both involved in scenes involving passing on sabers. At least that's what the painting above seems to indicate to me.
Could this be a contemporary equivalent of Yoda? And as a pirate, her ideology would clash with our ideas of what a wise master is meant to be.
Also, if the art is anything to go by, it's definitely not the same species as in AOTC. It doesn't have the elongated head the AOTC alien has (It is in fact a long cranium, not just a headdress as we see another of the species on Coruscant as well).
That sure does looks like the same face in both pictures. I wonder if that creature has an E.T. type neck as well since the neck seems shorter in the second picture.

Is it considered canon, according to Disney, that Boba Fett is still alive? The canon part of Wookieepedia (if this is considered reliable) implies that he died, but doesn't directly say so.
