If anyone knows a potential fix for the old lady scene, the suggestion box is always open
Here’s the first scene of Luke seeing the Tantive IV being boarded

get the toy speeder with luke figure and film it yourself, then add copious motion blur.
Great work, though the speeder is going in the wrong direction. Based on the woman’s reaction, it should be coming toward the camera.
Oh, so you literally meant you were giving Dooku spurs. I wasn’t sure what you meant by “character spurs.” Makes sense now.
When jango fett walks, you should make it sound like he is wearing cowboy spurs. I feel like someone has done this before or with boba fett. When you said spurs on your last post, it made me think of it.
I would look at using the shot of the AT-AT firing at Luke for when Finn gets shot down. You can see kylo’s ship off to the left. It just needs color corrected to match the time of day.
Thank you for the clarification, always love to learn more about my favorite movie.
I don’t know why but this completely reminds me of Dune. Love it!
I was under the impression that the lights above the tank just washed out the red color when he is in it. Adywan corrected the issue in ESB:R.
Would it be possible that when Padme says, “you’re a slave?” cut to the scene where they both look over then to jar jar hijinks with the pit droid, and back to ankain and padme when anakin says." wouldn’t have lasted this long if I wasn’t so good at building things."
I think this makes him sound more cynical about being a slave and like he has come to terms with it more, which i think would help to “age” him up, plus the normal line is cringe inducing every time.
Like i said I’m not sure this would work smoothly, but anything to get rid of “I’m and person and my name is anakin.” its just too aggressive and contrived.
Hey Sky_,
here are a couple threads that you may or may not have seen where others have tried to clean up the deleted scenes. You might be able to find some info on how they did it on these threads. Also look into avisynth to clean dirty frames.

shower thought: “…not about fighting what we hate, saving what we love.” is literally the campaign of the entire fan edit community.
I agree with Hal. The leaf scene is more than just a humorous moment, and should be left in. The quote by Rose is really poorly placed in the movie and loses a lot of its impact/ message because of the dire situation the resistance is in. Its really heavy handed and obviously nonsensical. But it could have worked if used earlier in the film in a different situation as a way to define her existing morals instead of being the end of her arch.
so close, really impressive, could you try mother from this clip, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qn64oadaYIc ?
found this too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0tOsmYlq-I
also at 2:50 of this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NkYz2QOYJVY
Yep that is an improvement. I think what sticks out is the moTHER part of it. The reason is the word goes up, which makes a “jump” to the next word/ original face of “once thought…” So if there is a way it sounds more like “YOUR MOther once that…” I think that may help it. So maybe a source that goes down on sounds/quotes with “ther” or “er” maybe is what’s needed?
I hope that make sense?
I updated my post after a couple of minutes with a new version, does this apply to the version that is linked now? Because it goes up on “MO” and down on “ther” (MOther). I feel like he should emphasize that word. But I adjust the intonation digitally so it can be shifted around.
Can the word mother be slowed down at all?
excellent work. does anyone else think something needs to be done about the shadows on the stairs in the background?
Does anyone else feel the line “peace and purpose” to be corny and unnecessary? I think it would be better if Leia interrupted Rey with “I felt it too.”
Interrupt REY?!
Not sure if this was intended to be a joke, forgive me if I missed something, but here is how I thought the scene should play out.
R: “luke is gone, I felt it”
leia nods
R: “but it wasn’t sadness or pain it was…”
cut to leia
L: “I felt it too”
Here’s Leia’s Hammerhead corvette (only seen in the final scene of the film)

Hi-rez screenshot:
Your star fields could be brought up a bit, they look really faint, at least on my screen. Otherwise great work. I really like that your are taking liberties with this project.

Love it, brilliant idea! Is there anyway to implement some mention of the first order under the control of a dark side force user, or that the first order is a product of the dark side? If that makes sense.
I don’t know. It seems to be pretty rooted in the uncanny valley, maybe for some short, far away shots, but I can’t see extensive use of this kind of technology in its current state.
I would agree, though I have seen some other examples that were pretty incredible, nearly seamless. Especially when the original person looks fairly similar to the actor. This would also work well for hologram shots, action shots, basically anything that isn’t a close up.
Has anyone seen this, Could be very useful for fan edits?
see this comparison of leia from rogue one
Here’s a quick (rough) pass of Padme on Alderaan:

Are you using a DNR? I always thought that shot looked grainier than the surrounding shots.
There’s a beta of this sort of thing here, so if anyone thinks they can do a great Anakin impression, we’re already set: https://lyrebird.ai/
You only need one minute of audio of anakin and the software does the rest
“Obi-Wan once thought as you did…”

superb edits, not sure its worth adding the extra dialog, but everything else was fantastic!
I’m not sure if this has already been brought up, but Denis Lawson actually reprised his role as Wedge for the video game Rogue Squadron 2. It might be difficult to source high quality sound clips (what with the GameCube using those ridiculous “not-MiniDiscs”), but if you can find them they might come in handy for extra dialogue in the extended Battle of Endor.
Here’s a clip from RS2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mDoApxyXwj0
Keep in mind Wedge is featured in pretty much every level so there’s a wealth of material available.
