 They should be.  I doubt they would take the time to remix the 2.0 track for lossy DD.  These surround remixes on blu-ray are a complete joke.  Almost everything is getting one now.  Original mixes in lossless are so rare now for anything prior to 1993.  I was thrilled when I received The 'Burbs last month & it had the original 2.0 mix. Its almost like a luxury now & usually reserved for more obscure titles.

Just curious, what is the difference between "bit perfect" and "not bit perfect"?

Wow! This uncompressed mono track sounds amazing.  So much more natural than the 5.1 mix on the BD.
