Does anybody else think it would be too much of a parallel to TPM and ANH?
I don't think Luke should die because if he did it would scream going out of their way to parallel ANH and TPM. Also, it's definitely too dark to have such an important character die.
Should Luke die or should he not?

Is the EU dead?
In addition to wanting the Sith to return, TFN wants the Jedi to think that the Sith are extinct again and they want the Sith to rule the galaxy again and they want the Sith to self-destruct again.

By the way, my EU hate was largely a reaction to TFN's religous fundamentalist-like EU worship.

Kreia. With every single Jedi becoming a Sith in the EU, she's right that the galaxy would be better off without The Force. However, I hate how her "Sith is an idea" comment gets parroted by fans who won't let the Sith die.
Even TFN hates the R2 Padme stuff.

"Sith is an idea". Sith is NOT an idea, but that line of Kreia's has indocrinated to TFN to point that they want all villains with sabers to be called "Sith".

Personally I'd love to see the 'Sith' gone from the PT. If any Jedi can just fall to the DARK SIDE without necessarily buying into this secret organisation it makes the idea of turning bad far easier and much more tragic.
Any of us can become evil, angry or violent, we don't necessarily have to join an organisation to do so.

The word, "Sith" is not in the OT. At all.
Replace Anakin and Qui-Gon's conversation about what midis are with a conversation about who the Sith are. I've heard people ask "What is a Sith?"
Or better yet, remove the word "Sith" from all three movies.
