Yes, they would, and they would end up destroying things.
And randomly killing people.

There is a fairly deep scratch on the left side through much of the movie.

Try using DeScratch in Avisynth.
Geez, free amusement sometimes lays you off for nearly 2 years.

It's region free, as most fan edits/preservations are, however it's no longer available, having been replaced by the Partially Despecialized Edition and the Despecialized Edition v1, which has been eclipsed by v2.PuroSossego said:
Hey, i don't know much about dvds, but, this plays in region 4 players? If yes or no, anyway, send me a pm.
Which has been eclipsed by v2.1 which has been slightly improved in v2.5. P.S. Updated your post in the quote.
This thread is about ROTJ, so all you wrote (and "updated") is wrong.
Carp.

Ah, ok thanks. Don't know if Zion updates that comparison page any longer, otherwise you have Moth3r's page: http://moth3r.heliohost.org/ld-screens.htm But he have two pics not included in your upload. The chroma noise is really awful when seeing it on those stills. :( I see that arnie.d's V8 is missing on those pages...
That site has been deemed abandoned, so Moth3r's gonna have to do something with it before it gets deleted.
Sounds awesome!!! But there are many DVB recordings of the 1997 SE out there, so you can use a upscale of one of those for your project.
OK.
Waiting for my tape to fast-forward...
OK.
OK.

Oh, while it's bumped, let me just say that I sent Puggo an email with the project files for all my corrections the same day I last posted in this thread and he's not got back to me, so I assume he must be busy with some real life stuff.
He needs to be reminded about that email you sent.

Extrapolating that to Blu-ray is like claiming Henry Ford invented the Tesla Roadster.
...or that Nikola Tesla invented the Ford Mustang!
Or maybe both...
Myspleen please.

Mitch said:Thanks, I am just looking for pre- ANH stuff. If you can help it would be appreciated. PM sent. AntcuFaalb's PS78 raw captures are on the star wars newsgroup, but I don't think they have audio and are 50GB in size.
They're on MySpleen now, and have audio!

Knock it off with the gratuitous thread bumping. There's no chance it's going to drop off the first page anytime soon.
It already dropped to the third page. So what? When I post, it'll be back to the first page.
EDIT: Already posted!

Ah, those old Rete4 logo reminds me "I bellissimi di ReteQuattro"... how many beautiful movies I discovered thanks to that program... but wait, if the tape is from 1999, who recorded it? You?!? A baby VHS genius! (^^,)
I wonder if he even was a baby at that time... If not, then he was probably a little kid. :)

I had a crush on Ariel as a child.
Why would you have a crush on an animated character? That confuses me. Question marks all over my head now!

Look at the dates of my post and the first one in which the discussion of the youtube video begins in the other thread.
http://originaltrilogy.com/forum/topic.cfm/SWHS-WHIO-1st-Gen-VHS-Preservation/post/666258/#TopicPost666258
That video is from a recording of the Special from KIRO (hopefully I'm not mistaken) in Seattle, Washington.
I REALLY need to dig out my tape and see if it has that date at the end...

Is this a wined up?
Like, it drank too much wine?
For one, it can be cranked, so no it's not a wind up, and two, probably.
Ady, the source for this project will be from h_h's 70mm 6-track reconstruction. If you want to help I can send you a link via PM. Just let me know!
Yes, they would, and they would end up destroying things.
Alright, but I wanted to make sure that this thread doesn't get lost.
