Emmet Otter's Jugband Christmas (Complete) - (Released)
Time

The 40th anniversary edition of Emmet Otter’s Jug Band Christmas is now available and I found 2 Amazon reviews confirming that the Kermit scenes (and the laundry scene) have been restored:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R25QRZ02WJ7U3A/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B0746S1XZ1

https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R3LUIR1VP9HQUJ/ref=cm_cr_getr_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B0746S1XZ1

No word yet if the presentation is original full screen with the proper 60fps framerate or the matted widescreen presentation with the manipulated film-like framerate (the one that aired on ABC Family/Freeform) but I asked one of the reviewers and currently awaiting reply.

UPDATE: So bad news; the 40th AE DVD is in matted-widescreen with the film-like framerate.

Gumby: The Movie (1995) - Original Theatrical Version Reconstruction (Released)
Time

Bumping this thread to tell you all that NCircle will be releasing the film on Blu-ray/DVD combo pack:
https://www.amazon.com/Gumby-Movie-BD-Combo/dp/B01M9BFWNM

According to the runtime, it seems it will be the theatrical version.

Further confirmation comes from a listing on Amazon Instant (with NCircle listed at the Studio) with a runtime of 88:36 (it still missing the Warner Vision logo though).

Beavis and Butt-head: Not the Mike Judge Collection (need bonus discs!)
Time

Excuse me for bumping an old thread, but I have a question; does V2 of the King Turd Collection feature the transfers from the Mike Judge Collection Volume 3 or are they VHS rips?

Also something to point out, Nose Bleed on the Mike Judge Collection Volume 3 extends a few scenes by a couple of seconds, but it removes 2 seconds of Butt-Head laughing after coming up with an idea to fix Beavis’ bloody nose once and for all (though it can be found on the Innocence Lost/Chicks N’ Stuff DVD from Time-Life). What does the King Turd Collection have for that episode (meaning adding the 2 seconds back in)?

It's the full collection, Charlie Brown! AKA continuing the Warner Peanuts 1960s, 1970s "decade" collections (a WIP)

So the DVDs “He’s a Bully, Charlie Brown” and “Peanuts: The Emmy Honored Collection” (AKA almost the 1980s Collection) have HD to SD remasters of most/all of the specials on them.

Didn’t realize that. I just assumed for He’s a Bully, Charlie Brown, they used the previous (remastered) transfers. Can you please do an image comparison for the specials on that discs with the other Warner releases that have them?

Star Wars Custom Blu Ray Saga Set (a WIP)
Time

Personally, I think it’s implied that most of us own the 2011 BD set since it’s a requirement to download the Despecialized Edition in first place, so why include the discs in this anyway?

Like I said, if you wanted to add the official discs to the set like in a case or a custom set for example. 😕

clutchins said:

Also, don’t discount the various BD50 options that NJVC provided, especially for the ROTJ/Trilogy Documentary disc.

I don’t understand what you mean. Was it my idea about omitting the foreign dubs? Because we don’t have to, I was just brainstorming.
