I would like a link to this please.
I would like a link to this please.
You would probably want to rip the whole movie and the deleted scenes of the disc using Makemkv, then import them into your editing software of preference, insert the scenes where you would like them, then export! (Try to use a higher bitrate setting when exporting to avoid quality loss)
Thanks man, I’ll try it.
Hey guys, sorry I’ve not posted in a while but I have got a question. Is there a way to add deleted scenes in movies that shoulda made it in the movie. One movie I wanna do that with is Halloween (2018). I love that movie (sure the 1st one is still the best) and I would honestly call it the best sequel along side Halloween II (1981). There are a four scenes in particular that I would love to add.
1: In this scene, Laurie is practicing her shooting on some creepy mannequins. After a few pinpoint shots, she slurps up some strawberry milk. Okay, nothing crazy there, but in the following scene she’s cleaning some guns and picks up a six-shooter. In this scene, she contemplates killing herself and even puts the muzzle under her chin to blow out her brains. One has to imagine this was cut to avoid turning the audience against the character. (But I would edit out Michael standing in the corner in one frame)
2: This scene reveals Allyson jogging to school and comes across a very terrible thing on a morning run. It appears Michael Myers, or at least one of the escaped inmates, tied up and killed a dog. It’s a nice scene in that it foreshadows something terrible has entered the suburban neighborhood. Which takes place before the school scene.
3: This scene involves the main cast of kid characters and how they’re planning to either go to the big party or ditch it to get freaky at home. This scene would have added some context so that characters didn’t just show up unannounced, but a lot of the dynamics are explored in other scenes anyway.
4: This scene occurs after Cameron gets caught cheating on Allyson and kissing another girl. He’s super drunk, but in an odd turn they make up. Then cops show up and bust Cameron. It’s a throwaway scene, but interesting to see how the showrunners were trying to mend this relationship. Which, in my opinion, makes the boyfriend that much more likeable until he mouths off to the cops.
I re-worded and put personal thoughts in the scene descriptions from this website (cause there are no individual videos): http://www.adventuresinpoortaste.com/2019/01/15/everything-we-learned-from-the-halloween-2018-deleted-scenes/
In conclusion, how do I add in a few deleted scenes in a movie?
Hi, where can I get this? I own the 1999 THX DVD.
Restructured for TFA, with Nev’s Starlight Project probably supplanting it for me when finished.
Rekindled for TLJ.
I will actually be doing a review of what are considered the “best” fan edits, and Rekindled is one of them. Starting with the best of TLJ, I wanna compare so I can see which is better whilst adding my opinion on them alongside in what regard each edit succeeds or fails at. After that I plan on doing the same thing for the best edits of TFA.
My personal favs are DigMod’s Heir to the Force and ForceGhostRecon’s Last of the Jedi. Definitely check them out if you can! The Fallen Knight was a really good edit as well.
I have FGR’s edit is the whole reason why I’m on OT.com and I really love Heir to the Force but I think a couple more scenes would have went a long way. I’m thinking about using that as a base to add said scenes.
May I have a copy of this? I want to compare this with Heir to the Force.
The ones you mentioned are good, but they also break away from the overall saga continuity a little bit, so they’re not really my favorites.
I’d say my favorite version of TFA is Hal9000’s The Force Awakens Restructured, and my favorite version of TLJ is ClarkZuckerberg’s The Fallen Knight, with ForceGhostRecon’s Last of the Jedi (Color Regrade Version) as a close second.
Thanks, I will be sure and check those out.
What would you guys say are the best edits of the ST bar none? Mine are Digi Mod’s Heir to the Force edit and FGR’s TLJ Clean Cut also. Digi’s Rogue One and Solo edits are good (Rise of the Rebellion and The Coaxium Heist). Ivan’s TLJ was meh with only few edits in there are good , and I have yet to watch the TLJ Rekindled by PapaSketti. In conclusion, what would you guys say are the best ST/Spinoff edits?
There’s also semi-official DVD-5 copies out in the wild. Not encoded by Harmy, but he approved them.
Is there a way to obtain them? Are they too big to burn to disc?
Thanks I’ll check it out sometime, but I forgot I made this post lol.
How do I get this???
I’m curious about this one, how can I access this??? Also, when done watching this, will it be ok to review? I wanna do a comparison between Ivan’s, ForceGhostRecon’s, and this one.
Yes. The entire scene was removed as to introduce Cassian when Jynn meets him for the first time. Too much planet hopping and ultimately it wasn’t needed. I also wanted Cassian to be more of a hero in the edit.
That is fine man, I will say I am enjoying what I’m seeing so far. I will give this a full watch. I love the changes that I’ve seen such as less glossy and more natural Grand Moff Tarkin. Also, Vaters eyes aren’t to read. I do realize that his eyes were red in certain lighting in the original trilogy, but in rogue one they overdid it. You made it look a bit more natural and amazing as a post to a very detailed cosplayer’s Halloween costume. PS, I also love the or heck of planet names when people go there and I love how Jyn is dreaming about her past.
Yeah, I abandoned the idea based on feedback and skill limitations at the time.
I also didn’t see the storm trooper killing the guy that Cassian met in the alley. Was it also abandoned too? In your rise of the rebellion edit.
I want to put DE-Ed on a dvd disc because of not having a blue ray player on PC, so is there a way to convert it to dvd quality without losing the quality?
My version doesn’t have the call to the light force vision. Is that a mistake (if not ‘‘tis a shame because I was looking forward to it).
ForceGhostRecon recommended that I check this out. May I have a link to this fan-edit? I was impressed by his TLJ edit way better than Ivan’s. Now, I’m curious about yours.
