No dahmage, you are used to have the subtitle at the bottom😄, I think that it is more creative to move the subtitle out of the way. And I think that CatBus will have both the legacy subtitle and the modified one at your disposal.😄
If you want me to take a look send me the English .srt file, I am a linux user and what I know I am not able to use the blu-ray sub.

Sorry for not replying, I have been working a lot. There is a major mess at my work for the moment. No I do not think that you should keep the subtitles in one position, I like the idea of keeping the subtitle out of the way of important things. Instead of counting seconds try to see if the flow of the subtitle feels wrong if you keep it up or down during the dialogue. And apply it to all three movies.
I agree with you about getting the subs out of the way so that you do not miss important details. But keep it consistent. If you put the subs up keep it up during the dialog. It is very annoying to go up down up down down up down up during a dialog. That is just my five cents.😄

I’m probably going to just extract the Swedish subtitles from Adywan’s MKV and then match the timing to Project Threepio’s Finnish subtitles. There are no lines removed after all compared to Despecialized, right?

Ady posted some info over on the facebook page I haven’t seen mentioned here:
i’m using the 6.1 DTS-HD tracks as a basis for the audio, but it will be a new mix due to all the extra elements and edits. The rear centre channel is probably the lamest channel i have ever heard in a 6.1 mix. there are only about 4 times thought the whole movie that any effects come out of the channel and that is only a split second effect. Plus the rear left/right channels are pretty lame too, with really hard music edit cuts that just suddenly come in, or ambient effects that just suddenly stop for no reason. This mix is going to be ultra surround sound. Due to the nature of this edit there is no way i can use the theatrical PCM tracks
The blu-ray version will be a BD-25. The sound mix will be a DTS-HD 6.1 mix on the blu-ray and a AC3 5.1 mix on the DVDs. When i say “ultra surround” i mean a mix that actually utilises all 7 speakers instead of just some music and sound effects now and then.
This is from 2012 it might have some updates since then.

I have been helping Adywan to translate the english sub into swedish, and I would like to see the swedish subtitles from your project. Although I have finished the sub to Ady’s project, it would be interesting to see the difference between yours and mine. I used an older version of your project as a reference and I am sad to say it was not a good translation. Many of the english sentences was left out in the swedish subtitle and many of the sentences that were translated was shortened down or wrongly translated. I am not a professional linguist in any way but if you would like to have some help with the swedish subtitle just pm me.
I have to admit that I am delaying things. I am working on the swedish subtitle and it takes more time than I thought it would. I am not a professional translator in any way so I am doing the best I can to do a good job. I have done just about a third of the subtitle for the moment.

Concerning Millennium Falcon
I was watching ANH:R a few days ago and have been thinking on certain shots from the cockpit view. The cockpit it self is placed way out on the right side of the ship, this mean that you should not get a rotate motion when spinning instead a tipping motion. if there is an object in front of the ship this object should be more to the left instead of the center in the cockpit view.

I apologize for my bad choices of words, I own all 6 movies on bluray and you are right, It´s the best edition on the internet. :)
I guess that we all have to wait and see what Adywan has done. I love ANH revisited, it reminded me how great these movies really are... I have bought the bluray edition and I was not impressed... ANH:Revisited is the best edition on the market and I have no doughts that ESB:Revisited willl be the same. "If you don´t like it, make your own edit"...
