Spleen is the best way to obtain the full size files correct? I would like to be able to burn despecialized to blu ray discs for media room viewing.

I would say yes.

Is there a way you would recommended I go about gaining access to myspleen? To my knowledge it can be somewhat difficult.

This is exactly the place to ask general questions on Despecialized, as long as you’ve already read the first post and saw if it answered your questions.

Okay, thank you for your response, I had already read the first post in addition to what I would consider a fair amount of research from other sites and threads here. As unfortunately the only Star Wars I have known recently is the altered one included in the blu ray set I am very interested in seeing it as it was meant to be seen. However there are still a few things which remain unclear to me such as: Is V2.7 the most recent available?(from what I understand there is a V3.0 is in the works) And is the native resolution 720p? Also Does it come with a start up menu?
