I have to admit that although Adywan said it doesn't look like until the start of the year that his edit will be out, it does not stop me from getting excited that today might be the day every time I log in...It is like when we were kids and you knew what you were getting a bicycle for Christmas or your birthday, but you still had to wait. Then when you got it, it was everything you wanted and more...

That is how I feel about this edit. Every little piece that Ady has shown has been amazing and I can't even imagine the feeling I will have when I watch it for the first time. It will be like a present that I have always wanted and finally received.

Ady, I keep thinking about how much patience you must have to work on this project. That alone is worthy of praise.

I love the behinds the scene look at Ady's computer screen capture...I was impressed just with him describing his process...Now seeing what he has to have just for one shot is mindboggling...It blew me away...

The clip is amazing. I was so excited. I played it over 10 times already. Each time, I was pointing out the changes that I saw with the DS battle. It is a great piece of video. The explosions going on in the backgroud make it more realistic. I kept shouting at my wife telling her...
"That wasn't there...Ady created that"...

Let's make sure not to mention the word screenings anymore. It just gives people reason to try to stop things. Playing it in your home is one thing...playing it out there in theaters in a another thing altogether.

That is truly amazing. I too have gotten the case of the goosebumps from looking at the brilliant work of Adywan.

I await to watch the movie with my family. At least every other day I bring it up...my wife might have been getting angry had it not been for the fortunate fact that she is a Star Wars fan too.

I vote to leave it as is regarding the TIE formation. I mean, they are supposed to be highly trained...Even possibly think more alike if they are the clones.

First of all, I hate not being able to edit my blank posts...That is what I get for entering my username and password first and then hitting enter instead of tab...

Next, the trailer is awesome. I showed it to my wife and she loved it as well...that is a testament to it's greatness.

I am thinking that after the edit comes out, that will be the one that I will allow my children to grow up watching.

When Windows Media player goes to play the Alderaan clip, all I get is the sound track...no pic...

It quickly flashes something about codex on the screen and goes right into the playing of the sounds only.

Can somebody help me?

I agree with holding off of inserting those scenes in this version of Adywan's edit.
There is always hope that those scenes will be used in some fashion in a future edit.
