What?
What?
The source rendered file is 5.1. the issue is DVD architect.
Yeah, I just dropped the bd stream into vegas and it gave me the same results. I don’t know what DVD architect is doing that is messing this up… this is super frustrating. sorry everyone
You could always use Google drive. 15gb of space and it allows the file to stream.
MegaDownloader allows for mega.nz files to stream as well. Mega offers 50gb of free space.
Interesting. Not sure what is happening.
Much appreciated MalàStrana! I checked my project file and it is indicating 5.1. I’ll be checking the wave file to make sure it rendered in 5.1 I’ll also run the file through media info and see what I get. How did you extract the audio?
Weird. It was encoded with 5.1. I’ll look at the project file tonight.
By the way DigMod is the release of an uncompressed and corrected 5.1 audio track still on your scope ?
Thanks a lot if you do ! 😃
Honestly, I’m not really doing much edit wise right now.
As for the audio. Vegas doesn’t like to spit out large uncompressed audio files for some reason. I’m not sure what you mean by “corrected”.
Thanks for the love Rush. These guys are too good for me ;P
Feel free to point out some of those errors or added messes in my thread: https://tinyurl.com/Fixithere-p
So did you all ever figure out a workable solution to remove the time codes?
That worked for me as well.
The color correction did look good. Was it your intent to continue the darker look through the following scene?
Do all questions have to or need to be answered?
Perhaps Poe wandered around for a bit after they crashed and then passed out. I’ve heard of people doing that after traumatic events. In the book he gets picked up by a scavenger I believe.
RotR = Rise of the Rebellion = the edit this thread is about 😃
There are so many different edits of the same film that, without a cutlist to compare against others, you’ll have a hard time getting people to take the time to download and watch yours when they may have already found one that gets pretty close to what they want.
^This
ROTR has only a dozen of things cut (and none during the last 45 minutes) that would need to resync subtitles.
There are very minor cuts during the last 45 min battle. Mainly the removal of Red 5.
The disc is perfect.
Wow, thanks Anakin Starkiller! This might give me the push needed to give HttF the same treatment. Appreciate all he support! 😃
wow main menu is gorgeous 😮
Thanks Nandi! It was pretty time consuming to make, but I thought it would make the edit pop 😃
I vaguely like the idea of R1 being Episode III
The Episode III idea was dropped for the final version.
Is anyone experiencing difficulties extracting the mega BD-25?
Any progress on the MEGA file?
Complete
Bantha Fodder’s review of Rise of the Rebellion is now up for your listening pleasure 😄
That’s weird indeed. Do you have a 5.1 system that you can test it on?
Yeah and it’s indeed weird 'cause all channels display something. Unrelated questiion: you’ve chosen 448 kbps for the audio export, why not 640 kbps which could provide a deeper quality ?
DVD Architect will only allow 448 kbps audio streams. The original wma 5.1 files are at 640 kbps
edit: by the way, do you have an external chapter txt. file ? I cannot use iso format so I convert m2ts format into mkv hence I lose the chapters of the bluray version.
Sorry, I don’t. I mount the iso file and then play it in Leawo Blu Ray Player or VSO media player. Both are free.
A member over at fanedit.org named theryaney made this fantastic ink saving criterion-esque cover.
And a personal variation of his cover
