I would like to think as much as the industry is pushing to view everything streamed online of late. I’m hoping the public shunn this and follows what people really want like LP’s are now making a comeback.

I got to go to a local theatre when bout I was 7ish with the rest of my kindergarten class to watch the water babies. I haven’t a clue as to what it was about, then my parents took me to funky town to watch Herbie Goes Bannanas in the cinema, didn’t have a clue what it was on about. Having just viewed the original terminator it made me think how just like Star Wars it was far ahead of its time. I also was waiting for A Digital Mans extended cut additions of the extra scenes which made a more rounded take of a true classic.

I was told about the pie fight scene in Dr. Strangelove. But there were no pics to support this, therefore didn’t happen. I’m not believing that about DOTD. God damn it, someone had to mention bout the doco of Full Metal Jacket. Now I’m going to spend the rest of my days hungry to track it down.

Whoa, takes me back to my final years in school. I remember before the final release of Nightbreed going through pre-production and detailed SFX pics of the final creatures in the film. Specifically remember one who had a head shaped like Mr Punch (or a part moon shape if you prefer). Another one who looked like he had dreadlocks (akin to BibFortuna). A woman headghog looking thing, but the most impressive was a stumpy fat guy who had his head in the crotch region. Studied the illustration for quite some time to workout how they done it (before CGI b.c.), it only got about 2 seconds of screen time.
