I can still remember reading the review of this in Video Watchdog and waiting for the day I got my laserdisc player. I never did manage to get it on LD and of course the current DVD doesn't preserve any of this. Now if anyone has this to preserve *hint hint*.

Info: Anyone Have The Fight Club Workprint? Or any workprints for that matter?
Time
Years ago I managed to get hold of a few workprints. Apart from some mentioned here I got Predator 2. This one bascially had no credits and was pretty much the same as the released version. Darkman, which was identical to the released version except for some FX that weren't matted properly and probably had to be cleaned up a lot before release. And finally Starship Troopers, which had all the deleted scenes from the DVD still in it but a lot of unfinished FX work resulting in some "FX missing here" frames. Most of the workprints I've seen seem to be only slightly different to the finished versions. Would be interesting if preservations of ones with a lot of differences were done. Especially as a lot seem to be better than the final cuts.

I actually have the AVI's of Rutland Weekend Television you refer too. They are great quality with even the clock countdowns at the start of each episode and unlike the re-runs on UK Gold in the 90's are completely uncut. I remember watching them as a kid and liking them and watching them now they still stand up. It's easily the best thing Idle has done since Python.

Untitled Bruce Campbell Project (* unfinished project - a ton of info & ideas *)

I think the edition of Incredibly Strange Film show on the Evil Dead DVD is edited, as the original running times of the programme (without ads) is around the 45 minute mark. I got them all on VHS recorded directly off air from the original broadcasts (but they are in the UK). I'm having them transfered to DVD so hopefully I can get the full version of the episode to anyone who wants to use it.

Info: Starship Troopers - workprint?
Time
I actually have a workprint of this. To be honest it's nothing spectacular. It's basically the movie with a few fx shots missing (just a place marker saying something like "fx not finished" in their place), and the deleted scenes from the dvd still in there. It's pretty good quality, but as I say not really worth it. I got it months before it was released and loved it and couldn't wait to see the finished fx. There weren't too many missing, just things like a couple of bug shots, some CGI space ship stuff and weirdly the shot of the bug sucking the brains out of the guys head. If you have the DVD and reinsert the deleted scenes, then that's pretty much the workprint. Not sure if it's the same one you have though as it's the only one I seen. Of course if there's another one around with more stuff than in this then I'd definitely want to see it.
