Knob Creek rye. Double. Neat.
Knob Creek rye. Double. Neat.
Dump it if you need too
Even though I’m good at most things, I have a math deficit due to me being on the spectrum which has restricted me to only being able to do the 1st-4th-grade math. This is making finding a job very frustrating.
What are your strengths?
playing Age Of Mythology
I wouldn’t put this on a resume.
Actually I’ve heard that game development is not an uncommon field for some high-functioning autistic people to go into. Maybe it could be relevant!
“My new powers.”
And then he flies them both off into the sunset.
Which is unfortunate because it then means A New Hope can never be made.
Lol
or give up 😛
That’s not even remotely clever
You guys are completely overlooking Dek’s argument. He’s not saying simply that it the Last Crusade wasn’t meant to have a sequel, but that the film was explicitly designed to preclude the plausibility of a sequel. While you can say the former about Star Wars, you cannot say the latter. Very different arguments.
Actually, you can definitely say that about Return of the Jedi.
EDIT: Frink beat me to it.
Did I say you couldn’t? (by Star Wars I mean SW77)
I don’t necessarily agree with Dek that this means there can’t ever be another IJ movie, but at least argue with him on the correct terms.
Do you agree, if I may ask?
No. I agree Skull sucked. But I’d be happy to watch a good Indi movie. I was skeptical of the idea of SW sequels b/c I felt the same way about ROTJ as you do about TLC, but the sequels have been so good I don’t care.

“Sean Connery was only ever in five Bond movies because You Only Live Twice was designed to be his last one.”
“Star Wars is only
threesix movies becauseReturn of the JediRevenge of the Sith was designed to be the last one.”
False equivalence. What in YOLT gets in the way of the possibility of another Connery movie? I don’t recall any Connery going off into the sunset moment. Indeed, the character remains alive and well.

Quantity over quality, thy name is The Simpsons.
I still occasionally will watch a classic Simpsons episode. It’s been a couple years since I’ve tuned in on Sunday.
Maybe it would be clearer if we arranged them in phases.
Hmm. Given that the only Marvel films I really enjoyed are Iron Man 1 and the Guardians movies, I’ll just go with it.
Each phase of films is loosely planned out before they start working on them as opposed to just going a movie at a time and hoping everything fits together in the end.
Seems like an odd thing to include in the marketing lingo. Seems more of an internal administrative thing.
Okay. So stories in the same phase happened around the same time? Seems like they’re trying too hard.
“PHASE [insert number]”
???
Marvel movies are categorized into “phases.” Phase 1 is Iron Man through Avengers, Phase 2 is Iron Man 3 through Ant-Man, and Phase 3 is Captain America: Civil War through Avengers 4.
Apparently these covers put which phase each movie is in on the spine.
What? Lol

Well, Liam Neeson could be considered a “resource” of the Jedi Council.
And this as well.
Pretty sure Boba Fett would quickly be toast.
edit: did he bring a fist to a lightsaber fight? Rookie mistake.
Yes. They’re hideous.
The Mary Poppins nomenclature is so dumb. How does a lady pulling herself through outer space in zero gravity even remotely reassemble a lady using an umbrella to fly on earth?
Anakin - ‘I killed them. I killed them all. They’re dead, every single one of them. And not just the men, but the women and the children, too. They’re like animals, and I slaughtered them like animals. I hate them!’
Padme looks on thinking something like… Yes, this is the man I want to spend my life with, and be the father of my children… (yet best keep this to myself - and be ready to feign ignorance and surprise if Obi-Wan finds out Anakin is an unhinged murdering butcher of unarmed men, women and children)

Why does it have a 5 o’clock shadow on its beard not not anywhere else?
Edit: it also is displaying male-pattern baldness.
