Adywan, whatever you do, don't die on us. :)

What the hell?

I meant, not until he finishes all the Revisits, that is. ;( :)

Is English your first language? Do you know what "die" means?

Are you just an asshole?  This is not a personal attack, it's just an honest question.

Steady on. He/she is just showing their enthusiasm for the Revisited series. No need to read more into it than that.

There is no way i could ever say that JW has developed so much as a composer since he scored the OT. In fact i would say the complete opposite. he has become stale and repetitive. There is a  theme in AOTC sounds just like the Harry potter theme. And there are other cues that are recognisable from other films, and not necessarily JW scored films either.

Couldn't agree more.  This is why I didn't do a happy dance when I heard JW had signed on for the sequels (although, it wasn't bad news).  Personally, I would have preferred confirmation of Ben Burtt's return.

I find JW's more recent work to be very inter-changeable.  As an example, listen to the music during the Quiditch match in the first HP movie and tell me it doesn't sound almost identical to the music during the Pod Race in TPM.

Anyway....

Has Adywan found a solution to the Han(d) problem yet?

I don't disagree with any of the changes Ady has made.  My comment refers to the length of time this project has taken, which, in part, must be due to his perfectionist streak.

I don't think I'm alone in worrying about how long it will take him to complete all the other movies.  Perfectionism often stifles creativity.

I would be surprised if it all looked exactly the same as all the clips that have been released thus far...

Changes HAVE been made. Ady's a perfectionist...always tweaking little details.

That's what worries me.

Just because he was vocal at his hatred towards the PT they call him a hypocrite because he worked on the Clone Wars.

For me, I was irritated more by the fact that he very publicly insulted George Lucas, but was more than happy to then go and work for him.  As for ST, has he even attempted to understand why someone might view ST:ID as the worst ST movie? I guess it's just easier to tell them to 'f*ck off'. He is entitled to his opinions. I just think he should be a bit more careful about what he says and the way he says it.

Info Wanted: Jakks Pacific 31-inch Star Wars Darth Vader

I love these things.  They are huge, and just look amazing.  I’ve been shopping around for the best price in the UK and found that prices vary greatly, from £25 to £260!

So far, the best prices seem to be:

Asda - £25

Argos, or direct from Amazon.co.uk - £30

Does anyone own one?  If so, I would love to read a review.
