G’day, first post to OT.com, but long time reader. I have (like everyone else I guess) all the movies going back to VHS. My daughters first cinema experiance was Attack of the Clones (I felt it important as Ep IV was mine;-).

Now my son has just turned 4 and there was no way I was going to subject him to the horrors in Ep III. So I edited the really scarry stuff out (Dooku’s decapitation, Anikins Nightmare, Palp’s fight, Youngling massacre, Jedi being shot in the back, Darth burning alive and a bit of the Padame birth scenes). The funny thing is with all the bits removed the story still makes sense. I had a bit of fun with it tho and quite proud of the result (not a patch on some of the work here tho). I call it the Matty edit. He proofed it for his birthday, no crying, no hiding and peeking around the corner. Best of all he dug out his Star Wars toys and went silly. Just like me in 1977 (beaming proud Dad moment). Mission accomplished.

Seems that the edits of Ep III are thin on the ground. Are there any other edits floating around?

Also wondering were I can get hold of covers for the Farsight Extra’s disk, the Look SE and Dr Gonzo Disks.
