Can't think of any off the top of my head... oh wait, here's one or two.

HOMER: "Flanders! You're the devil?!"
FLANDERS: "It's always the one you least suspect, eh?"

MR. BURNS: "Who is that goat legged fellow, Smithers? I like the cut of his gib."
SMITHERS: "Uh, Prince of Darkness, sir. He's you're 11:30."

Or something like that, it's been a while since I saw that episode.

DEVIL FLANDERS: "Oh you Americans and your due process and fair trial! This is always so much easier in Mexico!"

SMITHERS: "And when he tried to take our sun, he crossed that line between everyday villainy and cartoonish super villainy!"

My love for the Simpsons died a horrible death a long time ago. The thought of the impending 2008 Simpsons theatrical film haunts my nightmares along with the inevitable 2006 release of Superman Returns.
I'd like a qui-gon jinn please with an Obi-Wan to go.

Red heads ROCK. Blondes do not rock. Nuff said.

Sea Captain: "Aarrr. 'Tis not a man, 'tis a remorseless eatin' machine!"

Burns: "Smithers, hand me that ice cream scoop."
Smithers: "Um, ice cream scoop, sir?"
Burns: "Dammit, Smithers! This isn't rocket science, it's brain surgery. Now hand me that ice cream scoop!"

Homer: "Mmm, doughnut (or beer, or pressed peanut sweepings, or any momentary object of desire)."

Quimby (to Leonard Nimoy): "May the force be with you."

Favorite episodes:

In Marge we Trust (with the Mr Sparkle sub-plot)
The Japan episode
The Brazil episode
The Australia episode
The recent China episode
The NY episode (banned from syndication after 9-11)
The episode in which Homer goes to work for Scorpions
The movie festival episode (with The Critic)
The treehouse of Terror with the CGI Homer
Treehouse of Terror with the alien president candidates
Bart the Daredevil
Who shot Mr Burns parts 1 and 2

And other episodes I might not remember now

My favorite characters were the ones voiced by the late Phil Hartman, Lionel Hutz and Troy McLure.

I don't remember the exact quotes, but they are something like...

"Hi I am Troy McLure. You might remember me from educational films such as 'Smoke youself thin' or 'Get condifent, stupid!' "

"Why are you burning documents Mr. Hutz?"
"The man known as Lionel Hutz is no more, children. Say hello to Miguel Sanchez!"

"Mr. Hutz are you aware that you are not wearing any pants?!"
"Gah!"

"Well, I didn't win the case. Here's your free pizza."
"But we won!"
"That's ok, the box is empty."
“Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.” — Nazi Reich Marshal Hermann Goering

Don't forget "Weekend at Burnsie's", the one where Homer becomes a medical marijuana patient.
My favorite characters are CBSG, Rainier Wolfcastle, Homer, Moe, and Duff Man. McClure & Hutz were great also.
One of the best quotes:
"Ohhh.. my god, something terrible has happened!" - Flanders
"HA! Fooled ya, Flanders. Made you think your family was dead... HAHAHAHA!" - Homer
"Yeah... haha... good one, Homer..." - Flanders

Yeah, the show is dying a slow and painful death to be sure. I think it died around season 12, or so. Typical Hollywood cash-cow milk job.

Oh, another episode I like is the Homer the Inventor. My favorite quote form that episode goes as something like this:

Marge: "I don't think women like being shot in the face."
Homer: "Women will like what I tell them to like."

"Homer, you had it set on "Whore"!" - Classic episode.

Tonight was another classic (they're showing a LOT of the older ones here right now)...the one where Marge is afraid of flying.

Homer gets kicked out of Moes, a man with a top hat and tails walks in and looks exactly like him "Hello. My name is Man In-Cognito" "Oh yeah right Homer" "Homer? Who is Homer?" - They kick him out onto the street and Homer walks by him like a minute later. That's classic Simpsons humor...one joke on top of another on top of another.

"Bart sells his soul" is a great episode too...

Milhouse playing with soldier toys over a piece of paper that is supposed to be Bart's soul: "If the Ayatolah can't have it, no one will!"

Or the Sideshow Bob episodes... most of them were good.

And the one about the pretzels, featuring Jack Lemon. In which the Yakuza figthed with Fat Tony's gang.

"But Marge, that little guy still didn't move, and I think he is going to do something cool!"

"May that doughnut forever be on your head!!" - Devil Flanders "Homer that'll never heal if you don't stop picking!" "Awwww, but I'm so sweet and tasty!"

Ric: Do you watch the show in English, or is it dubbed in Portuguese?

It is dubbed in portuguese, but I watch it in english, if I press the SAP I can watch it on the original audio track. FOX also broadcasts it subtitled late at night (like, 2 am).

The Entire 'Homer Bad Man' Episode is a classic. My favourite Episode ever. (it's the one where Homer is accused of sexual harrasment). There are just too many great gags to list.

War does not make one great.

Oh yeah. And they show an hilariously edited version of his interview...

They should have showed that episode as a tribute to Dan Rather on his way out...especially the part where Homer's being interviewed and you see the clock going back and forth, back and forth. LOL

Mister Simspson, this is going to be the biggest case of fraudulent advertising since I sued the producers of "The Neverending Story".

LOL I remember that one... It's an old one, in which Homer goes to a "all you can eat" buffet and isn't allowed to eat all he can.

"Your honor, let me show you how much mr Simpson ate that day"

* Lots of lawyers come in carrying huge sacs. One of them aproaches the judge and opens up the sac, filled with letters *

"Five thousand letters, all adressed to Santa Claus."

LOL..."Mrs Simpson what did you and your husband do after you were thrown out of the restaurant?" "We drove around looking for another all you can eat seafood restaurant" "And after that?" "We went fishing..." *Marge breaks down and starts sobbing* "Ladies and Gentlemen, I ask you...do these sound like the actions of a man who had ALL he could eat?"

Edit: You could write a book with all the classic lines from this show...

Hey Ric...Halloween show right around the corner. I still look forward to them, even though they're almost guaranteed to be awful these days.

"Mmmmmmmm....forbidden doughnuuuuut"

*homer takes a bite and Devil Flanders shows up*

"Well well well...finishing something?" and starts dragging Homer to hell, there's fire and brimstone everywhere

Marge walks in "Homer...did you eat that doughnut!!?"

"no"
