I don't know how many of you Star Wars fans are also fans of Nine Inch Nails, but if you are, you may be interested in knowing that there is a completed preservation of their infamous Broken movie (which you can learn more about by clicking here). The Broken movie is definitely not for the faint of heart, and probably not really healthy for anyone to see, but it is another film project that has never received an official release. Appropriately enough, you can find this on Demonoid.

Ah cool, how is the quality? Used to be big into NIN when I was younger, and am a massive fan of Peter Christopherson, would like to see better version than the ones I've seen before over the years.

This is a 1.5 GB DVD of a 20-minute long film, and barring an official release, this is probably as good as it will get.

It was reconstructed using high-quality sources for the actual music videos. The surrounding portions (which constitute the rarely-seen "movie") are of what I would call "VCR tape quality." It is definitely watchable. The torture scenes, however, are purposefully filmed on crappy, grainy, shaky film (I think), so it naturally is harder to watch, but even if given the best source available (the original) it would still be difficult to see because of how rough the filming was.
