Indy4 is 2008.

I really hate that there is an Indy 4. Harrison Ford is waaaaay too old. There's no way it could be as good as the old ones, and Last Crusade had such a perfect ending. Unless they went a "Young Indy" route, or had him training somebody new or something, I can't see it working.
I'm always looking to trade my edits, if you don't want to get them from a torrent. PM or e-mail!

I hope to see this project get off the ground. I've spent the last year and a half trying to find a way to obtain all the episodes and make a set.. but have been unlucky so far.

Nah.

If Connery can make The Rock at 64 then Ford can make Indy IV at 64.

This is awesome. I have been looking for the Indiana Jones TV series for a while. I can't wait to see what comes of this.

Hi,

Just wanted to report back with some info on my Young Indiana Jones episodes.

Well they look to be in excelent shape. I have all the episodes, and by doing a test on just a few so far, it looks as if they ARE IN STEREO!

I'm going to go back and look at a few I know had not been on official VHS, and see if they are stereo too, and if they have the Old Indi intro segments. Man, I wish they would have used the John Williams music cues.
IMHO, The Indiana Jones mythos is 40% Harrison Ford and another 40% John Williams. Young Indiana Jones is thankfully able to capture the remaining 20% required for enjoyment.

Update- Looks like "Curse of the Jackal" is in mono and was recorded off of the USA network. Not a very good copy. :-(

So, it looks like all the non-VHS episodes are T.V. rips from the USA network and in mono. I'm not that happy with the amount of grain in the picture. I could try to clean them up a bit more with Adobe, but I woud rather see if anyone can come up with better versions first. IF not, I'll be happy to share what I have.

OK wait...can you PM exactly what you have? I guess I'll be the one putting all of this together. I have all of the originally aired episodes from ABC in stereo. I'm not going to torrent the ones that are complete movies and are already available for sale. I'll just be doing the others.

Ok, Took some time to look them over.

Here is what I have and it's sorce. "My First Adventure" Must be Stereo as all the other USA rips are, but I cant tell without looking at more of it then I did.

The BBC 2 episodes look almost as good as the VHS, if not as good.

The only ones that look bad are the 6 USA Network ones, but I am sure we can find better sorce for them.

Yes it looks like the ones I mark as from VHS are from the offical tapes.

I made an error on Chapter 2. It's from From T.V. (USA Watermark) - Stereo, not from the offical VHS.

Looks like i'm going to have to compare which one is better: your USA watermarks or my original broadcasts.

Sounds like a plan. You can send me a P.M. so we can work something out.

I hate to intrude but I was just wondering how this was going. Became nostalgic lately about this show and cannot find a torrent of it anywhere. I found this forum through my search.

Would love to see a torrent. /wink

Well maybe its time to dust off the vcr. Just wish I had a way to put/get them in digital format.

Oh and I have none of them. Maybe someone can at least torrent the first episode? Would sooth some of my nostalgia.

OK, it's time to torrent some of these....

Should we start with the ones that had not been released or shown in the USA?

Was thinking about uploading one film a week to a torrent site...

Again, I have all the 2hr movies in Good to excelent quality.

I wouldnt mind seeding these for an extended amount of time if they were in larger chunks than just one show at a time....of course it would take longer to get seeds going.../shrug

1 season a torrent or something under 4.4gigs a torrent would be perfect...but than again I'd be happy with whatever.

Thanks for your time.

FF-
excited to find you guys. My vote for torrent #1:

• Chapter 5: Journey of Radiance
India/China - 1910 - From T.V. (USA Watermark) - Stereo

I've spent a decade trying to find a copy. Was broadcast once but never released (as noted at IMdB) and has become my holy grail.

I would love to get the entire series as it aired on TV. This includes the episodes released as movies on VHS. I don't want them as movies, I want them as they were aired (well except without commericals).

Hey,

Any progress on a torrent for these?

It looks like you've got some great stuff between you all and it would be fantastic to see.

Hi,

i`m from Germany and desperately looking for episode "Demons of Deception" (The Mata Hari episode), but i can't find it anywhere!
So i need your help!
It was broadcasted in German language in German TV some years ago, but was not published with the German VHS video-edition. It is very important for me! So if someone here could give me a clue, where i can find it, that would be great! German language would be perfect, sure, but i can't even find the original english version in the internet (Amazon, Ebay, etc...). :-(

Thanks for your Time!
