Would you have preferred that the GOUT DVDs used the JSC laserdiscs instead of the DC/Faces Laserdiscs as its source? Would you have preferred that they used the 1982-1984 VHS/Laserdisc/CED sound mix for ANH?

If Plagueis shows up in the ST, not only will I refuse to watch the movies, but I won't so much as watch the trailers, either. - DuracellEnergizer

One of these days I’m going to have to get my hands on a preservation of this Japanese Special Collection everyone here keeps going on and on and on about.

With the high-quality preservations now available here, I don’t know why anyone would possibly care.

Hey, still waiting for a good 480i pan and scan restoration with vhs distortion lines still intact. #memories

Gentlemen, you can’t fight in here; this is the war room!

Hypothetically speaking, I would have preferred a blend of the two. GOUT for most space shots (less flickering stars) and JSC for the rest. I actually did a “what if” edit much like that for my own amusement.
