The setting of the time zone doesn’t work, no matter what I choose, EST is displayed for the time a post was made. I don’t remember this being a problem in the first weeks after the migration, but I wouldn’t bet on it.

It’s been broken since launch (hence the note about it not working above the form field). It’s actually a more complex issue than you’d think, so it’s a bit further down on the list of fixes.
