I decided to reopen the contest and move it here. I want to thank Ziggy Stardust for this, he really made me feel better about this. :)
Anyway, as you know, the object of this contest is to reconstruct a trailer. Here are the rules.
1. Pick a movie, any movie! It can be a movie you love, or a movie's trailer you think is in dire need of restoration.
2. Use the best DVD, Blu-Ray, or any other sources for your reconstructed trailer available.
3. The trailer for your selected movie can be any trailer you want: Ones we all know and love, rare ones, etc.
4. Do the best you can with your reconstructed trailer (matching it frame-by-frame for example)
5. Keep the trailer you're reconstructing with the original audio.
6. Anything that is exclusive to the trailer you're working on and can't find any good sources for it, then keep it as is and if you want, upscale the quality.
I'll give you some examples (NOTE: I did NOT make these):

Contest begins right now and ends on May 1st. I'll pick the winner(s) after the deadline and announce the winner(s) in a few days or so after May 1st.
Now, we already have to contestants so far; AvP for his reconstructed trailer for the Krays:

And taas007 for his reconstructed trailer for Resevoir Dogs:

Good luck and have fun! :)
UPDATE 5/20/11: I have decided to make this thread for showcasing reconstructed trailers and/or TV Spots. There is no longer a contest, which means no deadline, which means you have all the time in the world! :)
