Request - Burning VHS to DVD

I have 2 tapes that I have been trying to capture for my wife using an old Dazzle port, but the driver is gone and I just don't have the memory for it. Could I talk someone in the states to do it for me? I'll cover postage (both ways) and some blanks and maybe throw in a few other items in trade if anyone can help me out. If you just want a straight transfer, there may be stores nearby that will do it for you. Or do you want it captured and encoded to dvd, rather than through a recorder?

I live in the midwest US but my hard drives are pretty much full.
