With this movie, my goal is to remove the greenish tint from the Blu Ray and restore the original Mono soundtrack.
I recently bought the DVD, and to my surprise, the 5.1 audio on the bluray was altered. The original mono track include subtle sound effects that are missing in the 5.1 mix. Even worse is that the stereo track on the bluray is essentially the same as the 5.1 mix.

Bonus features will include:
1980 Featurette
Unleashing The Beast (Documentary)
Horror’s Hallowed Grounds Location Tour
Outtake Reel
Deleted Scenes
Photo Gallery
Restored Red Band Trailer
General Audiences Trailer (Ripped from Trailer Trauma 3 Blu-ray)
1980 TV Spot

I love when fans fix colors and add original theatrical sound to films such as this. Looks great! Wish you luck and can’t wait to see the end result!

Currently working on another color regrade since I wasn’t very happy with the first one. I’ll try to get some screen caps to you sometime tomorrow. The BD-50 itself will probably be released by friday or early saturday.

I have a bootleg copy of the German DVD. The deleted scenes have been edited back into the film, but without any clean up or restoration of the additional footage.

If I didn’t know this was an official German DVD release, I would have mistaken it for a fan edit, still, very interesting to see the extra material in context.

Having some technical problems, so it’s taking longer than expected. I’ll try to get this released sometime next week.
