George Lucas is Darth Vader

It's said that most writers base their work on their lives and there are many parallels between George and Vader. Here are some examples....

-Anakin started his adventure as a wholesome and sometimes annoying kid who loved racing pods. George Lucas has always had a need for speed and a love for cars. Heck, he nearly died racing home one day.
-Once he became Darth Vader, Anakin ceased to exist. Vader refused to acknowledge his origins, just like George Lucas has pretty much disowned the original versions of the Star Wars trilogy. He would probably say "those versions no longer have any meaning for me." But they're "the true versions he's only forgotten."
-Just like Anakin became more machine than man, George has made his films more mechnical.
-my signature points out another parallel

Anyway, since George is so similar to Vader, he just needs to be "redeemed" by someone so he can release the OOT. Someone close to him will need to bring him back from the dark side and remember his true self as the director of a movie that was made in the 70's and does not need to look like a film made in the 21st century.

George Lucas was seduced by the dark side. The OOT ceased to exist in his mind and became the Special Editions...." "They're more maching now than movies. Twisted and evil."

Ah, but Luke wasn't close to Vader. They were virtual strangers. Aside from what intelligence files he could read, and what he divined through the Force, Vader knew nothing about Luke. Almost everything Luke had ever been told about Vader, either by Owen or Ben, was a lie; his sister had met the man, but probably had nothing good to say about the encounter. Therefore, we don't need someone close to Lucas to redeem him, we need a complete stranger who can get in close and influence him. Maybe it could even be ... no, let's not go there.

BTW, if Lucas is Vader, who is Palpatine?

I say Lucas is Palpatine, McCallum is Vader, since Vader obeys Palpatine's every wish.

So maybe one day McCallum will throw Lucas down a reactor shaft, and the Lucas Star Wars Empire will come to an end at last!!!!!!

He'll go back to being a nobody, like he used to be. Hell, what am I saying? Apart from being well-known by the hardcore Star Wars fans, he's still pretty much a nobody.

Someone who lies to us to get us to follow him to Alderaan, then join an insurrection and kill our father in fulfillment of some kind of long-running religious feud? Yeah, okay.

McCallum can't be Tarkin, because Tarkin orders people around. McCallum would have yto be Vader in that situation, and Lucas would be Tarkin. And Palpatine I suppose would be, um, well, I don't know.
