I have to admit I didn't quite get the TPM bashing. The episode depicted TPM to be boring, because there wasn't enough action in there - well I don't know the guy who came up with that - but he definetly saw a different movie than I have.

You can criticise TPM for a lot of things, but certainly not for having too few action scenes in it. I'm hereby officially confused by the first SW reference in that Simpson episode.

go to jumptheshark.com and you'll notice that many of simpsons fans thought the series jumped the shark when maude died....
i sure did anyway...

I went to see Nancy Cartwright about two weeks ago. Someone asked her about the movie, she said they were thinking about it but they wouldn't do anything unless someone came up with a really good plot/story. I agree that some of the new episode lack the punch of the past episodes, they don't seem to be able to stick with a single story but keep jumping from one idea to another. I still watch them all though.

Anyone else seen Nancy Cartwright's show? It was pretty entertaining, although the questions at the end were worse than death. Some of the questions were so stupid, I wanted to sink into the floor. It was that embarrassing....
