This is a question about the 1989 film “Romero” starring Raul Julia. I see that there is an official commercial DVD out there, but it’s “full screen” only. There are some pretty common chinese bootlegs out there appear to be full screen as well.
I was looking around for a widescreen version of this film and wondering if it even exists. I found some auctions claiming to sell a region free PAL version that is widescreen, but don’t know if it’s legit or not.
Anybody have any other info on this? I assume it was released inn theaters in a traditional theatrical aspect ratio, but then I was too young to have seen it when it came out…
