Hey everybody,
I’d like to share a project a couple of friends and I worked on, an Indy-fanfilm called “Revenge of Kali”. It’s a 5 minute short we’ve produced for a German Indiana Jones fan meetup we held last year:

Just watched; it's simple, but nice and funny!
Sadly my projects are lost due to an HDD crash… 😦 | [Fundamental Collection] thread | blog.spoRv.com | fan preservation forum: fanres.com
Really excellent! Way above amateur level. The only thing I did not like was the chosen framerate, which negates a bit the widescreen cinema effect.
Besides, there is something wrong with the compression, because the pans are really weird.
All the rest (costumes, special effects, camera angles, editing, color correction, locations, lighting) was really, really good, imho. Thank you very much, I had a lot of fun watching it! :)
I loved it too, sorry I didn't post yesterday when I watched it!

Where exactly did you see those problems? The only thing I can think of right now are the crane-shots in the outdoor scenes, because for those we had to use an (inferior) HDV cam.
You might want to download the full-quality MKV (you can find the link in the video description) to check if the problem is still there.

Choppy movements, at 1.11, 1.16 and 4.22. But I downloaded the high quality file and all of the three mentioned camera movements are smooth. So it's a Vimeo recompression problem.
Congratulations again :)
Yeah, even though both Vimeo and YouTube claim to support 25fps, it's always kinda iffy ;)
