Rifftrax put out some of the older movies out on dvd...you won't find anything current, however. I'm sure it's due to rights issues/fees.
They have several DVDs of public domain shorts and movies. I own all of the shorts ones. They are available on Netflix discs, but apparently the demand isn't high enough for them to be streaming yet, though there was a campaign a few weeks ago to try to convince Netflix to stream them.

Well, since I'm still unignored, I suppose this would be as good a time as any to admit I did actually watch Inception, and I liked it quite a bit. I'll bet I like it even better next time I watch it, since I plan to watch it all in one sitting.
