Nightmares & Dreamscapes

Did anyone watch the premiere of TNT's "Nightmares & Dreamscapes" miniseries? It's an 8-episode anthology series, each episode based on a different Stephen King short story. They're showing 2 a week, Wednesday nights.

Last night they did "Battleground" and "Crouch End." "Battleground" was probably the best King adaptation I've seen on TV, it was just brilliant ... but "Crouch End" wasn't particularly good.

Anyone else watching this?

No, I have no idea what that is. A few nights ago, though, I had a dream a buddy of mine and I were driving around in my car and suddenly right in front of us a police cruiser starting chasing a speeding criminal. We kept up with them by driving 90 MPH, we were inches behind them complete with a crazy view of the entire thing. Anyway, after a little while another policeman pulled us over because we were going about 90 and they searched my car (finding nothing.) They searched my buddy afterwards and found an 1/8th and several bowls in his pockets, so they cuffed him and took him away. They said that my punishment for transporting someone who was carrying was that I had to wake up at 8AM the following morning and drive giant robots with the entire department. At first I was like "Aww, fuck - that sounds like a pain in the ass," but as soon as I actually got my ass up the next day and got into my giant robot it ended up to be one of the most kick ass dreams ever. At first it seemed like a nightmare with all the exciting chasing, searching, and supposed punishment but it ended up to be quite the cream dream.
