Movies that would make good Comics.

We've all had our say on the comic book movies, but which movies do you think could/should be made into good comic books?

A few off the top of my head: Gangs of New York, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill, Fight Club and Ocean's Eleven...

Everything written by Charlie Kaufman. Everything Tarantino did except Jackie Brown. Snatch. Goodfellas. Meteor Man! King Kong! Think of it, King Kong by Allan Moore! Brilliant... Blair Witch Project. Everything by Tim Burton except Batman and Batman Returns for obvious reasons. Jackie Chan's Drunken Master 2. Jackie Chan's New Police Story... by Frank Miller! That would be freaking sweet...

All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.” — Nazi Reich Marshal Hermann Goering

The Incredibles.

Princess Leia: I happen to like nice men.
Han Solo: I'm a nice man.

Everything written by Sam Raimi has translated beautifully into comics (Evil Dead/Army of Darkness, Darkman)

i think Dragonheart would make a good comic series...it could work as a prequel to the movie showing what Draco & Bowens lives were like in the years before they met, and also highlight the tyranny of Einans reign as king

The New Superman movie that is meant to be a sequel to Superman 2 should have been a comic.

War does not make one great.

Maybe the 2004 version of The Phantom of the Opera
Have they made a comic book version of Lara Croft?
I'd like a qui-gon jinn please with an Obi-Wan to go.

Red heads ROCK. Blondes do not rock. Nuff said.

There's a Drunken Master 2?! Hot-damn, I've gotta see it! Is it better than the first one?

Yeah, Edward Scissorhands would be pretty cool.

What you americans know as "Drunken Master" is actually "Drunken Master 2". The first one was made in 1978.

Correction, what MOST Americans know as "The Legend of Drunken Master" is "Drunken Master II". Drunken Master is just Drunken Master. Ever seen the spin-off Dance of the Drunk Mantis? And believe me, I'd rather own the uncut in Cantonese version preferrably in Anamorphic widescreen-you-ass-because-non-anamorphic-sucks-ass.
How about the Once Upon a Time in China series? Also of course from the original Cantonese/non-dubbed Jet Li Trilogy and the sixth film, Once Upon a Time in China and America. The legendary adventures of Wong Fei-Hung. Wasn't there also a Spartan X comic book series in the late 1990's?

Besides which, I'm not American!

I've seen a few Jackie Chan movies with similar plotlines and the same cast - like Drunken Master and Serpent in the Eagle's Shadow - so it does get a bit confusing...

I see. Sorry.

A comic book about Wong Fei Hung would be cool, but I don't really belive that would translate itself to comic books so well. Come to think of it, historical Hong Kong flicks wouldn't be so good as present-dated movies. How about Jet Li's "Black Mask", the movie was absolutely rubish, but that would be a one cool comic book hero...

I wouldn't mind seeing comics of Robert Rodriguez's Mexico trilogy ("El Mariachi", "Desperado", "Once Upon A Time In Mexico")
