Thought this might a useful guide for editing/preservation:

Atragon (1963) - Drama LP. Contains all sound effects and dialog in the right channel.
Monster Zero (1965) - Drama LP. Same as above.
Alien (1979) - 1999 DVD has an alternate track with (incomplete) production audio.
Mortal Kombat (1995) - '90s DVD. Center channel on the 5.1 track is devoid of the rock and pop songs. The percussive elements of George S. Clinton’s score are still audible, though. Not sure if the Blu-Ray is any different.
Toy Story (1995) - Ultimate Toy Box DVD, contains SE tracks for the first two films.
GMK: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack! (2001) - Sony DVD and BD. Center channel on the 5.1 has the dialog and sfx almost fully separated from the music. This applies to both the Japanese and English audio.
The Room (2003) - Center channel on the 5.1 only has dialog.

If you know of any other film/release like this, let me know, I shall add them to the list.

You mean M&E tracks? Arrow, Twilight Time, MoC etc have put quite a few of these on their Blu-Rays in recent years.

There is that 1999 DVD release of Alien (1979) that has the production audio in one of the audio tracks, but the audio is not complete, as that track also has a few alternate music score cues. That feature has not been carried over to the 2003 DVD release nor the blu ray release.

The Room has only dialogue in the center and music in the L/R.

The Ultimate DVD edition of The Mummy has an isolated score that I know was captured/ripped by our member Dark_Jedi.

Isolated scores are not the name of the game here; he’s looking for isolated dialogue and sound effects.

I recall that the 5.1 mixes of TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES (the 2012 TV series) and WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN have absolutely no music in the center channel. Those are TV series though, so maybe you aren’t interested in those.

If anyone knows of any of the many, many releases of Terminator 2 that has an isolated dialogue track, please let me know. I have some BIG plans for that film, and the dialogue is the only original audio that I need.
