Has anyone made a DVD from the Laserdisc of this title?

Great movie, and Blake is almost as creepy as Hopper was in Blue Velvet.

MK2 in France is releasing a 2-disc edition of Lost Highway on Nov 23. It would probably be better just to pick that up. From what I read at LynchNet:

"Other tenative extras are a 15 minute making of, interviews with Barry Gifford, David Lynch and Angelo Badalamenti, and the theatrical trailer. Lost Highway itself will be presented in a transfer taken from a new high definition master with both Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 audio."

This actually came out on DVD in Canada, (the bargain bin at my local Kmart seems to be full of imported Canadian discs) unfortunately it's full frame.

Where were you in '77?

...which is why I suggested waiting for the MK2 disc and not getting the Canadian one.

The MK2 disc is the one you will want to have. I'll be getting it as soon as it is released. It also features a new hi-def transfer.

I put in an order for a used WS Laserdisc, and will get the M2K disc as soon as it comes out.

Thanks for all the help with this title.
