Hey look this thread has a new reason to comeback because of the last jedi and how the bad Star Wars fans are back saying disney killed my childhood and the Last Jedi is the worst star wars flim.
I don’t like TLJ, I rank it in last position in my personal ranking, and yet I don’t think that I’m a “bad Star Wars fan” (BTW, this is not a very positive way to describe people). I fully respect people who enjoyed TLJ, I understand what they like in this movie, I’m glad to read their explanations about their feelings, and I’m happy for them. My best friend (who also is the godfather of my daughter) enjoyed TLJ a lot. Good for him, he still is my best friend.
But I don’t like this movie at all (that is my personal opinion), and I feel a little betrayed by Disney who killed, in a way, my own childhood. Yes.
How does that make me a “bad fan” ?
I own several dozen versions of OT and PT (French Laserdisc, US Laserdisc, THX remasters LD, Special Edition LD, VCD, DVD, Blu-Ray, digital collection), and I like them all. I even like TPM. I enjoyed TFA a lot. Am I a bad fan just because I feel that there is a break in substance and form with TLJ, which displeases me a lot ?
How other people who dislike TLJ and say it (like DrDre, HotRod for a moment, or LordStarKiller) could ever be judged as “bad fans”.
Sorry mate, but I feel your post totally disrespectful, unjustified and particularly useless in the current context where this film exacerbates differences of opinion.
PS: Yesterday, you wanted to “erase the Prequels Entirely” in another thread. Does that make you a “bad fan” ?
PS2: Please, use punctuation. Really. Making your text readable is also a way to show respect to other members of this forum.
