I don't always love twitter, but when I do, it's because of accounts like this one.
The 'ankle'-gate incident seems to have taken on a life of it's own. Our best-selling national newspaper (the Sun) has the story taking up today's front page here in the U.K.
And I've just seen another update on the BBC news which showed clips of Harrison from the O.T., as well as words of comfort from a middle-aged U.K. 'star wars fan' named 'Luke Skywalker' (yes, seriously) who was seen playing about with his extensive figure/toy collection. Lol.
It's not a part of Harrison I've really wanted to interact with.
Stuff like this is why the human race remains an incomprehensible mystery to me.
They're Made Out of Meat, if you get over that nothing else is a surprise.

A body part of a famous person being able to tweet is funny. What's so hard to understand?
It's no more odd than Harrison's mouth tweeting or his fingers doing the walking or talking.

How a disembodied limb gained the ability to move and think of its own volition is something I'd very much like to uncover.

Back in the 80's an aspiring lawyer legally changed his name to Luke Skywalker, which lead to jokes about Vader being prosecuted for his evil deeds.
I've heard of a Trek fan or two changing their name to James T. Kirk over the years. I'd be willing to bet a Gone With The Wind fan changed their names to Rhett or Scarlett way back when.
Does the media find these stereotypical fans, or do they seek out the media?
Where were you in '77?
^is anyone else seeing this page as being as broken as Harrison's foot?
That depends. Just how broken is his foot?
Yeah, something weird is going on with Frink's post. I'll see if it's the twitter link...
Where were you in '77?
And fixed?
Where were you in '77?
Uh, everything's under control. Situation normal.
Man, I didn't even see that post happen so I gave up on it. Sorry.
No worries!

Uh, oh. I think that twitter handle is going to have to be changed to "Harrison Ford's LEG" :-/ That kind of injury is tough to recoup from at 71.
