June I think my little man...

A bit off topic but in line with the accent thing.....

In Phantom Menace when the old ladys going on about the sand storm to Ani, Man that was straight out of East London cockney geezer spaeak..

When me and my mates first saw TPM and she spoke, we pissed ourselves...

"Cor blimey guvna' Theres a storm coming..Apples and pairs..look at her boat race"

But in HP it's not just the accents that stick out like a sore thumb, it's the bloody shit acting. Especially from the 2 ginger twats..sorry twins..and that fat little kid who flew away on his broomstick..Nevile I think his name was...Man o Man...!!!

June 4 is release date for HPatPoA. Gives Shrek 2 a couple weeks' lead on it. And yes, some of the acting is very flat in the Harry Potter films, espcially when up against such excellent actors as Julie Walters and Jason Isaacs.

Some times people think I'm british because I've picked up a lot of the slang (I always end up reading british books for some reason) like suss and quid. I've seen a lot of worse kid acting then the HP films. I think the casting is fine, the kids don't bug me, but I can see how it might bug someone else.
