I'm really sure how this can be considered the worst or 2nd worst disaster of the 21 century when the century contains 911 and Katrina. Not to mention the multiple earth quakes we've had this century.

Yeah, I know: as far as such a threat remains invisible, only your words and your imagination (... with its limits, sorry to say... ) will model its shapes and its importance... Until you see the real consequences through its manifestation. I don't mean in any way to alarm people anyway, I just wish those info to find their way to open minded people. Just watch yourselves and take care.

With you again, pal. Nothing like this has ever happened before. The long term consequences are as of yet unknown, but they could be extremely devastating. A large quantity of people dying at once seems tragic and all, but the lasting effect is quite minor.
Time will have to tell just how big of a disaster this really is.

Great, sounds like the Fink ABC drama bullshit is about to start again. Wouldn't mind if we could forgo that. I enjoy his posts and am quite glad to see he is back after having been chased away once, would be disappointed to see him disappear again. I know it wasn't a one sided thing, and am not trying to point figers at anyone, I would just really like it if we could be mature about this old feud and drop it.

minor? tell that to the people that lost loved ones on 911 and from Katrina. I also don't consider the lasting effects of having your home(and everything in it) destroyed(as happened to many in Katrina) as minor.
