I believe that since they run at a native 24p there wouldn't be any problems and your Blu Ray player would do the framerate changes anyway.

To Ripplin: Nope.  No region issues with these at all.  There is region coding on Blu-ray actually, but for HD material, NTSC and PAL is a thing of the past.  As long as there are no region markers (which there won't be), the discs Ady is making will be compatible on any PS3 in the world.  The material (DVD-9) on which they're encoded doesn't matter.

There are no changes for EPIV (apart from taking out Greedo shooting first along with correcting & adding some colour to Lukes sabre). Just colour correction. Screencaps can be found on the first page

Thank you Ady. Your color corrected caps make the movie so much easier to look at. Can't wait to see the whole thing in natural color and in HD.

13GB won't.

Are you suggesting adywan should have used yours as a starting point, rather than going back to the sources?

Does the fact he went back to the sources imply something "wrong" with yours?

I have never said that there was anything wrong with your versions ever. I'm not sure why you have got so defensive. I prefer to use my own work for my edits and not rely on the work done by others (apart from the people who originally made the movie of course.) I haven't got your "han shoots first" version so i can't comment on the colour correction, but i think its always best to use the original source for an edit instead of a re-encode and thats why i decided to do my own correction.

Plus to quote your nfo for your "han shoots first" edition:

There is also some color de-saturation on this release because if you noticed, people that live in space shouldn't have sun burns! I took the liberty of knocking the color back a few notches so things should look a little more natural or subdued and "closer" to how they originally looked before it was revised in 2004 re-release. It's harder to restore color saturation with non-state of the art hardware then it is to fuck it up with state of the art hardware.

colour de-saturation isn't colour correction. the blue tint and the Pink reds will still be there. The reason i decided to continue this project after the AVCHD of your versions came out that i decided to colour correct the whole OT to make them different to yours and i did check your nfo for your Han shoots first " edition and it didn't mention that you had done any colour correction, so i continued with this project.

It was?  Damn, maybe I looked at the wrong version when I was comparing samples.  Was the DVD-9 version color corrected too?  I swear the engines of the X-Wings during the flight to the death star looked pink on yours and a more red on ady's.  My eyes could be bad too though :)  Actually, other than the engines, I don't recall seeing any difference between the two samples.
