Muslim Ban 2.0 has been slapped down (again) by the 4th Circuit. Unfortunately, they’re probably already at work on Muslim Ban 3.0 while this one is being appealed to its eventual and final defeat.

From the decision:

I saw some right-wing warriors jumping to his defense by insisting that the positions for the picture were previously arranged, so he was just going where he was supposed to go.

As if that is an excuse for not politely tapping the guy and saying “excuse me”.

Guy is a total clown. An almost 70 year old baby and a national embarrassment. Shameful that a grown man would ever think about acting like that.

To be fair, most of the vote was cast via early voting before he attacked the reporter, and some may not have heard the news quickly enough to affect their vote (esp. as the local NBC affiliate refused to cover the story–they were recently bought by the right-wing Sinclair Broadcast Group).

To be fairer, he was a raging asshole long before he starting hurling people to the floor and even the early voters would have known this.

Former House Speaker John Boehner gave President Donald Trump’s young presidency low marks at an event Wednesday, saying that other than getting the House to pass a health care bill, “everything else he’s done has been a complete disaster.”

“He’s still learning how to be president,” Boehner said during an appearance as the keynote speaker for the KPMG Global Energy Conference, according to a recap from RigZone.com.

Boehner also said that his hopes for tax reform had dimmed, calling the preliminary discussions that are going on “just a bunch of happy talk.”

The health care bill may end up being the most disastrous of all!
