If he’s banned it would only be because he’s using a rogue1 sock while his original negative1 account is still active.

There is proof, though I don’t know that it’s posted. The mods have checked his IP, and confirmed that it’s negative1/TN1’s, and are just letting him go unbanned. I guess the anti-sock policies of the past have calmed down a bit. Or he’s just getting a pass because of his releases.

In some instances, an individual has nearly 200 IP’s that have to be checked one at a time. It’s nice to be sure about these things.

Also, just how many IP matches do you need to conclude that it is a sock account?
i would venture that it is quite possible that there is some IP overlap. lots of cellular providers, as well as hotspots, probably only have one public IP address. I know i have spent many an airline trip checking in here…
