Today’s Republicans suck story.

https://www.rt.com/usa/376303-arkansas-abortion-law/

A pregnant woman’s husband will be able to sue to prevent his wife from having an abortion, even in cases of rape and incest, under a new law that could come into effect as early as spring.

The new law, Act 45 – the Unborn Child Protection From Dismemberment Abortion Act, will also allow husbands to sue doctors who carry out abortions for civil damages, as well as block terminations using injunctions.

Parents and legal guardians would also be able to sue to prevent minors from having abortions, raising concerns for victims of sexual abuse and incest.

The pro-life Act 45 was sped through in only two months by the Republican-led state government.

It would also see dilation and evacuation (D&E) terminations, the safest and most common form of second trimester abortions, become a felony with offenders facing six years in prison or a $10,000 fine.

  1. Trump signs Executive Orders that he does not fully review.
  2. He ends his day, home alone, without his wife or kids, at about 6:30pm
  3. He then changes into a bathrobe and mopes around.
  4. He is obsessed with the decor of the White House.
  5. He is literally looking at books of curtain designs and thinking about Interior Design, giving people tours and telling lies about what came from where.

A deeply disturbing article.

I stole this list from a comment I saw on the same story.

Basically, Trump either:

  1. doesn’t read what he’s signing
  2. doesn’t understand what he’s signing
  3. thinks he can sign it and then claim someone pulled a fast one on him and pulled a switcheroo and made him sign something entirely different than what he thought he was signing
  4. he’s saying this so he can throw someone under the bus that he doesn’t like - i.e. blame Joe McShithead for this so he can fire him
  5. he was briefed, doesn’t remember being told that was a part of the document
  6. some sort of mental illness like dementia that just hasn’t been diagnosed yet
  7. Did know what he was doing when he signed it, but saw the SNL skit and realized people think/know Bannon is controlling him. Got mad at Bannon because of this and came up with this “master plan” to punish Bannon.
pick one or pick a bunch - it’s a salad bar of shitty things and America is holding a pair of tongs

Pathetic. And complete with a pathetic fear-mongering title.

The potential good news in all of this is the more people needle Trump about Bannon calling the shots, the more likely that Trump gets rid of him.

if we go back to Trump’s words, he has expressed disdain for anything short of brief descriptions of anything. its how he wants his daily security breifings, its how he wants anything else. ever day that goes by, it seems like anyone who is suprised by trump, wasn’t paying attention. and it seems like anyone who still supports trump, also isn’t paying attention to ANYTHING. the public consensus about Trump will certainly be solidified 5 years from now, and it will be all negative. I don’t think we will get to that point until he is out of office however. to many are hoping for the best, so keep ignoring what is right in front of them.

this was all my opinion, but it doesn’t make it wrong.

JEDIT: ^look at all those typos! crap

Speaking of Trump voter remorse:
https://mobile.twitter.com/Trump_Regrets

Some of those tweets are truly astonishing in their idiocy. How can you regret voting for Trump, when he is behaving just the same as he did before polling day? (like a big petulant man-baby). I guess there is one born every minute.

For example…

“Mr. President I voted for you but what you are doing to the Indians with the pipeline is sickening be a human being”

Trump said Global warming was invented by the Chinese! He’s exactly what you voted for.

VIZ TOP TIPS! - PARENTS. Impress your children by showing them a floppy disk and telling them it’s a 3D model of a save icon.

This is quickly becoming the new Parroty Thread. There is more posturing than debating in here anyways. I guess it was just a matter of time.

The majority of humans dislike Trump [1], so it’s not a conspiracy when most of the posts in here reflect that.

I just watched “Gender Revolution: A Journey With Katie Couric”. I thought it was interesting and thought provoking. It gave me some things to think about. I don’t think I agree with everything presented, but it was worth watching. Anyone else watch it?
