The first one you mentioned says:

the other one, yes, it’s “Puoi dirlo a Jabba.”

As for the tractor beam controls, we’re not sure. The print that thxita saw was a hybrid. 1977 original up to the escape from Mos Eisley, from there on it was the 1997 SE, and that didn’t have a localized shot. That’s what we know.
A possible translation, in keeping with the lingo used earlier in the movie, is “ENERGIA - RADIOFARO”.
