That's Gabriel Köerner's concept for a reboot Enterprise, which 90% of websites will use thinking its the JJprise.

In other news:

I don't believe this for a second. Guy happens to own domain Paramount wants, so Paramount (who doesn't have the rights to Star Trek on television) wants to hear his pitch. Either this isn't true at all and the guy is capitalizing on the fact that we all know the name of his concept he bought a domain for but never actually made anything, or he had the opportunity to make thousands of dollars for a domain Paramount needs and he threw it away to pitch to people who have no power to do anything with said pitch.

Besides, if this guy gets a pitch based on owning a domain name, what about the people who have a history with Star Trek (Robert Meyer Burnett, Michael Dorn, etc.) who have pitches who are being ignored by the studio?

Even if he really did get a chance to pitch anything - and that's a big 'if' - publicly talking about it basically ensures that pitch won't go anywhere. Pretty dumb thing to do.

I'll believe it when I see official confirmation.

edit: here's the first decent piece I've seen on that bit of 'news':
