Best VirtualDub Settings 4 VHS Capture .....

Can anyone recommend good settings for capturing.  I'm using composite video and stereo output from my Panasonic AG1980 to Dazzle 100 USB capture device.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Well for starters, buy yourself an S-Video cable instead.

I went with composite (from BNC connection) because it seems to be a better quality picture than s-video.  

Something is wrong with your deck then. That's been reported before.
