Oh yeah I actually had no idea what a torrent was until I wanted to download these.  Harmy has inadvertently taught me alot about technology. haha

Because of the enigmatic Team Negative One I know way more about theatrical cropping, deflickering and "glue frames" than I ever planned to.

My apologies, but as a brand new member, who was directed to this forum from Harmy's YouTube channel, I thought it would be easier to ask a general question in a subject appropriate thread rather than trawling through the many thousands of pages of messages in the hope I stumble across the correct one. It's just good that the forum is full of friendly and helpful members, like the gentleman that just responded. Your *behaviour is indeed a pleasure to experience. 

That's not what you did.  You spammed your request in multiple threads.  If you had just read the first post of either thread, you wouldn't have needed to ask.

I posted in two threads, hardly spamming on an industrial scale is it! I think if you asked the average person which they disliked most I'm confident it would be your pointless reply as supposed to my polite, even if a little misguided, request. 

It's funny, I corrected my worstening word and made it even worstest. Iddyplob: it's nothing against new members. I make a point to high five people who say "first post here, just grabbed Harmy's work and...".

It's just funny that we were just discussing people who do what you did. I'm sure you'll be a great member who sticks around after getting the files or invites you seek. As for your theoretical poll, the results might be skewed here, just as our attitudes are skewed, by the fairly constant barrage of requests. Still, welcome.

Edit: Your best bet is just to get these files from the google-able private trackers, and grab an invite from someone here down the road. I don't think anyone would hesitate to give one of their many unneeded invites to a friend/regular contributor/recognizable face/etc.

 I can honestly say that the percentage of my 35,000+ posts here that are pointless is under 1%.

I am still seeding Harmy's work - when I get something I love I make sure to give back for as long as I can.  I honestly cannot remember who gave me the myspleen invite, but you can rest assured knowing your contribution has benefited many others.

I even downloaded ones I already had to make sure I could seed them too.  Gosh, now I feel like a really nice guy.  Time to go and do something bad to even out the Karma.   ;)

Harmy, on this most auspicious of days (May the Fourth), might we get an update on what progress there has been on RotJ?  It sounds like -1 has gotten a significant chunk of scans to you, and I think they mention you'll benefit them in return with cleaning up some of their film damage.  Care to comment on what all is going on behind the scenes, or have your new personal commitments been keeping you too busy for much to have happened on the DeEd lately?

Goddamn, what a great year for Star Wars.

We didn't forget you Harmy. We've also been working on some secret plans of our own too. Will definitely be an exciting year.
