This was brought up the b****ing thread here. I thought it deserved its own thread. Of course the final decision for this is up to Jay and the mods. but we can at least discuss it and see where we stand see if we can come to some sort of an agreement and proposal that we can send Jay.

I believe off topic needs to be lightly moderated. I think someone posts in off topic frequently should be made moderator of off topic only. I purpose Frink for off topic moderator. He can be trusted not to take it too far and yet deal with the trolls we get here. I think he is someone all could live with and he has experience moderating the fanedited forum.

Lastly, just think how much trouble could have been saved these past couple of weeks if a couple of trolls were simply banned.
