Well, the fact that you can use a DVD source for that shot, and that you're going with more theatrical-based subtitles mean I can probably throw out the half-assed version I made with the LD rip and schorman's HDTV from MySpleen. I didn't bother doing much with the upscale beyond a Lanczos resize in VirtualDub.

Also, I have a .PSD that I made at 720p resolution of all the subtitles used in the movie. I'm not sure if they're 100% theatrically accurate (I stopped bothering with them when I saw schorman's HDTV had burned-in subs), but if you want them without doing so much work I can fix them up based on AOTC's theatrical subs (don't have a TPM reference) and send them to you.
