Even though it's being shot on film it worth noting that all grading etc is done digitally. I think digital grading has killed a lot of films visually, not only big budget studio pictures, but indies as well.

I used to work in post production and filmmakers just can't resist pushing the colour and contrast. Blacks are never black, everything either has a blue, green or orange tint. It's awful.

Still, let's stay positive here!

I'm thinking that opening shot might have something added to it later, maybe a crashed ship or something.
