I got my double disc for $17.99; of course now, only the single disc is available, but it still has the commentary, and should be available for under $10.

2 disc includes DTS track, deleted scenes, alternate ending, trailers (including an easter egg with trailers for Aliens and The Fly[1986]), interview with Richard Edlund, music video, TV spots, and loads of text based material, including an easter egg of the BTILC video game. The supplement of the video game is just screenshots, but still very cool in that retro-80s sort of way. Apparently it only received limited release.
