I doubt will ever be a full screen HD release of anything, let alone BTTF.

There is a Full Screen DVD release of the Trilogy though, Which is probably the best quality release there will be considering P&S/Full Screen is pretty much dead.

I actually have this release as I also grew up with the full screen versions as well and at the time because of the highly publicized framing errors of the Widescreen release, of which I also had but never sent in for corrected replacements, So I picked up a used copy of the Full Screen set like a year later at a Video Game Shop.
